manufacture machinery for the Concrete Pre-cast

Our
Mixers come from years of trial in busy factory's, and have proven
to be strong, reliable and able to produce high volume
turnover.
Mixers
are fitted with Variable speed inverter, this also protects your
motor from any electrical faults, as well as being able to slow the
mix down while the concrete is distributed into moulds.
Mixers
are fitted with a direct drive to shaft motor and gearbox, there
are no chains or sprockets and very few moving parts. this helps
eliminate things that could go wrong.
Inner
liners are replaceable 10mm thick wear plate, giving years of
service.
Discharge dosing head
is pneumatic operated, allowing required amounts of concrete as
required with speed and ease.
Typical
mixer volume is 750litre wet.
Mixing
time when loaded, approx 3 minutes.
Safety
cage fitted with auto stop when opened.

of the filled moulds.
